We had an amazing time with Troy and a great introduction with James before our session in the Herb Chopper course. Troy was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humour. There was the right amount of direction and stepping to help when needed. The handling of the steel and tools was really interesting to learn about and we all came away with beautiful choppers to use.
