Absolutely fantastic, worth every penny and then some. Matt and Troy are wonderfully friendly and down to earth people.
Throughout the entire class I had a great time. Troy was a great teacher who never made you feel bad about your work, always helpful and chatty and made sure that the knife was my own creation.
There is no doubt in my mind that I will enjoy more courses from Eveleigh and I look forward to them
