An awesome day learning new skills from a top bloke. Came away with a hammer that I will keep forever, and more importantly, new skills that will last me a lifetime. Don't hesitate to book one of these courses - highly recommended.
I expected it to be kind of a long day of watching and being told what to do, with a rushed actual experience of forging. However, the day flew by. I was able to customise my hammer to my wishes. The instructor let me do everything along the way, guiding me when needed. I loved the forging part the most. I don't have a lot of these types of handyman-type skills, but I was very happy with my hammer. It turned out better than expected. I had a ball.
